Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Meta Ads Agency Manager (the “Service”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users connect Meta advertising accounts or use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, login and role information used to operate the Service.
- Meta account data: authorized ad account identifiers, business identifiers, Page information, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and advertising insights such as spend, reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, results, conversions, and ROAS when available.
- Authorization data: access tokens and related connection information required to request data from Meta APIs. Access tokens stored by the Service are protected using application-level encryption.
- Client and billing data: client records, manually entered payments, balances, adjustments, invoices, and reports.
- Technical data: logs and security information reasonably necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to connect authorized Meta accounts, synchronize advertising data, provide analytics and reports, calculate client balances, prepare invoices, maintain transaction history, secure the Service, and provide support.
3. Meta Platform Data
Meta Platform data is accessed only after an authorized user grants the required permissions. The Service uses that data to provide advertising analytics, reporting, and related account-management features requested by the user. Use of Meta data is also subject to applicable Meta Platform terms and policies.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform data. Information may be shared only with authorized users of the Service, service providers needed to operate the application, or when required by law. Client users are restricted to data associated with their own authorized client account.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain legitimate business and accounting records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted storage for Meta access tokens. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their login credentials and restrict account access to authorized persons.
7. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You may disconnect Meta access where supported and may request deletion of data associated with your use of the Service. Instructions are available on our Data Deletion page.
8. Children
The Service is intended for business and advertising-account management and is not directed to children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
