Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Meta Ads Agency Manager (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized Use
You may use the Service only for accounts, Pages, businesses, and advertising assets that you are authorized to access. You must not use the Service to access another person’s or organization’s data without permission or to violate any law, Meta policy, or third-party right.
2. Meta Integration
The Service may connect to Meta APIs to retrieve advertising accounts, campaigns, ads, Pages, and insights. Meta may change permissions, API versions, availability, limits, metrics, or policies at any time. Continued availability of a particular Meta feature is therefore not guaranteed.
3. Advertising Data and Reports
Advertising metrics may be estimated, delayed, attributed, revised, or otherwise affected by Meta’s reporting systems. Reports generated by the Service should be reviewed before being used for financial, contractual, or business decisions.
4. Billing and Client Balances
The Service can record synchronized ad spend and manually entered payments, charges, discounts, adjustments, balances, and invoices. The account administrator is responsible for verifying client assignments, currency conversion rates, synchronized spend, manual entries, and invoice accuracy before issuing a bill.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for actions taken through your account. Notify the administrator promptly if you believe an account, password, or connected Meta authorization has been compromised.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Temporary interruption may occur because of hosting, maintenance, network conditions, Meta API changes, or other factors outside our control.
7. Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if the Service is misused, security is threatened, required authorization is withdrawn, or applicable terms and policies are violated.
8. Privacy and Data Deletion
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data-deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the Service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
